Kiel & Unterluss
Hi, I am back in Germany again for another 2 weeks (from 4 Oct) of "holiday"...means officially excused from cleaning Megan's poo and bathing her, but I really missed bathing & playing with BB...and managed to visit some of the places that I had missed from the previous trips...
My Comfy bed for the next few nights & the lovely gardens at this time of the year along the streets...

After 3 days in Kiel,we travelled south to Unterluss...where we stayed in this homestay for 3Ns, here is the surroundings with nice weather...

World of Mills, where we saw all different types of the mills from various countries...

The World's Tallest Cathedral
See one, see all...
The World's Tallest Cathedral (768 steps) is located in Ulm which took 5 centuries to built (Amazing). It took me 25 mins to reach the peak of the tower by ascending along the spiral and supper narrow stairway...(Tough journey)...The reward is the view of the Swiss Alps from the viewing tower at 143m high. Note: Although the descend took only 12 mins, it was more frightening than the ascend.

One of the numerous sculptures spotted and views during our ascend, we were only half way to the peak.

Oberkochen is a small town with 8ooo population where we had our 1 week course in Carl Zeiss.
Out of this 8000, 5000 working in Carl Zeiss (one of the popular camera lens and optics makers) Check your camera if it uses Carl Zeiss lens....
In Oberkochen, found a rare Thai Restaurant and had Tom Yam soupy, Som Tham, Seafood Fried Rice & Seafood Pad Thai for 3 days...Missed Thailand...Maybe should plan for a short Thai holiday this year with Megan & Mummy...but mummy has to plan for it...hee...

Frankfurt
Managed to revisit Frankfurt again b'cos my friend wanted to buy LV for his family. Hence, have more time to explore Frankfurt City.
The € symbolises the unity of the various European Countries that formed the EU with the use of common currency, €. The stars represented the initial 11 countries that formed the EU.

Rhein River of Frankfurt where their locals and tourists enjoyed during the Springs and Summer seasons...You can relax by the river with a few beers...Shiok!...Or take a cruise ride...Next time, will bring my family to enjoy the cruise ride along Rhein River...
