The World's Tallest Cathedral

See one, see all...

The World's Tallest Cathedral (768 steps) is located in Ulm which took 5 centuries to built (Amazing). It took me 25 mins to reach the peak of the tower by ascending along the spiral and supper narrow stairway...(Tough journey)...The reward is the view of the Swiss Alps from the viewing tower at 143m high. Note: Although the descend took only 12 mins, it was more frightening than the ascend.

One of the numerous sculptures spotted and views during our ascend, we were only half way to the peak.

Oberkochen is a small town with 8ooo population where we had our 1 week course in Carl Zeiss.
Out of this 8000, 5000 working in Carl Zeiss (one of the popular camera lens and optics makers) Check your camera if it uses Carl Zeiss lens....

In Oberkochen, found a rare Thai Restaurant and had Tom Yam soupy, Som Tham, Seafood Fried Rice & Seafood Pad Thai for 3 days...Missed Thailand...Maybe should plan for a short Thai holiday this year with Megan & Mummy...but mummy has to plan for it...hee...
